People For Human Rights Council

People For Human Rights Council (NGO) is regularly promoting Human Rights literacy and awareness in the society by targeting the rural and backward areas of the country. Human rights and legal rights literacy and awareness is one of the main missions of (PHRC) with the help of the National Human Rights Commission New Delhi and State Human Rights Commission. PHRC is working under the Protection of Human Rights Act 1993.This organization is always ready to take legal action and raise voice against the human rights violation and corruption prevailing in the state agencies, police and society with the help of the National Human Rights Commission and State Human Rights Commissions by filing the complaints Under Section 12 read with section 2 (d) sections 13(1) and 17(2) of Protection of Human Rights Act 1993.
